Congoleum - Doesn't hold up
After less than a year this floor was covered in dings, gouges, scratches, and the like. It's true what other reviewers have said that it gets damaged very easily.
Before this floor I had a laminate floor for 7 years and I never had any wear issues. The floor even began loosing it's shine/top coating in places after only about a year. I paid $9000 for this floor--what a disappointment, as I will probably have to replace it soon.
The company inspected it and threw me a bone--3 free boxes and $350 of labor. This won't fix all of the damaged areas, nor will it prevent future gouges to my floor.
Monetary Loss: $9000.
