I was convinced by our installer that Congoleum Duraceramic was top of the line. However, they installed Ovations and insisted it was Duraceramic. Within 4.5 years the floor had cracks and deep pits! The finish rubbed off just from a plastic trash can going over it. It...

My aunt talked me into this crap when I built my new home in 2007. The installer was a so called reputable tile and carpet company where I live (Wisconsin). They grouted the tile with the Duraceramic premixed grout. The grout is contracting away from the tiles and...

Congoleum - Worst floor product ever manufactures

From day one, we have had issues. We were told it was commercial grade flooring, yeah right. Chips with the slightest item falling on it, scratches and dents from any furniture item. Would rather have a plywood floor. The manufacturer of this product should be ashamed to even put their name on it. Again, worst product ever manufactured in the entire world!!!!

Should have paid attention to the negative reviews. Within 2 weeks of installation, and being super careful not to drag chairs, etc. across the floor, this brand new Duraceramic is already showing pits. Product is NOT durable. DO NOT BUY.

The picture shows the wear from five years of use in a residence. I installed the tiles and they do work as advertised they are warmer than normal tile and look nice. They were installed minus the grout lines. Now for the ugly, the sealer does not stay attached tot he...

In 2014, I was told by the local family owned business that this was the latest and greatest in vinyl plank flooring. The "new and innovative" adhesive strips between the planks were supposed to create a water proof barrier. We installed it per the manufactures...

You described our experience to a tee. We wasted 3600 dollars and got exactly the same results. Purchased at Jabara flooring products.

We did our entire house in Congoleum Duraceramic Pure White in 2013. Since then, we have experience numerous dents and scratches and have thus far replaced 24 tiles. Looking at the web, we see lots of complaints about this product and that Congoleum has refused to...

I am an installer of Duraceramic and there are certain tricks that I have learned...1 don't install glue with a trowel, best if you install with a 1/2" nap paint roller! 2 regardless of what the manufacturer instillation says, fill all of your seams on your...

Do not purchase this flooring! I had it installed by a professional installer and it is full of chips. The person who looked at it from Congoleum said it was the fault of my husband and I!!! I don't know how because I don't drop cast iron pans or anything else on it!...

Installed spring 2008. Looked great as I expected. No problems with installers. Within months noticed a gouge from a dropped cooking utensil. Obviously not a good thing for any floor - passed it off as our fault and vowed to try and fix it some day. I believe I was...
